SSL Cerificates $375 for a two year service periodOn-Demand Options

All HotDesk website orders are transmitted over a secure environment. If you want to have your website order form loaded securely, then an SSL Certificate is required for your specific domain name and your site must be configured for this service. We will purchase a domain specific certificate for you and we will configure your website so that the order form is loaded over a secure connection as required when you sign-up to add this optional feature to your website. Telephone Support Care Package
  • On-going "How-Do-I" telephone questions are fee based. Support is available during the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
  • You can purchase a subscription for ongoing assistance or pay by the call.
  • Subscription Support Care 10: $189 for 10 Incidents
  • Subscription Support Care 5: $99 for 5 Incidents
  • None (Support Care = $39 per Incident)

Credit Card Processing with Paymentech and Authorize.net

Hotdesk one time setup fee of $295:

  • For the one time fee above, HotDesk will setup Credit Card Processing for your Website.
  • In addition to the Credit card processing functionality on your website, there are third party merchant fees. These include such items as establishment fees and monthly recurring transaction fees. We recommend that you contact: Mike Fenimore with Internet Commerce Consulting:  888-258-4239. He is a specialist in Satellite Retailer online payment processing.  HotDesk websites interface with Authorize.net and Paymentech.

** We can forward all email associated with a domain to an existing email account.  Example anything@yourcompany.com (info@, sales@, admin@, john@, etc) can be forward to youraccount@yourISP.com.

NOTE: Your domain name can be used for your web site AND for email addresses, but they don't have to.  A Web site domain name and the matching E-mail address name are configured differently.   When your Web site name is also configured to be used as an email address it provides a professional image for your business.
